About the opportunity
A vacancy has arisen due to our incumbent relocating overseas. This has created an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced People and Capability Advisor to join our team on a full-time ongoing basis.
Based in our Geelong office, you will report to the General Manager - People and Capability. You will be a key member of the team supporting the firm’s principals and management in leading their teams.
In addition to being involved in all elements of the employee life cycle, you will also play a key role across our thriving Geelong office by ensuring our facilities are managed to a high standard.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
be an experienced human resources practitioner with at least 2 years working in a similar role
have the ability to apply your knowledge to challenge and promote new ways of doing things
have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships
have good attention to detail and a proven ability to define and solve problems, with a complementary common sense way of thinking
have a degree in human resources or in a relevant field
Equivalent experience in a professional services environment would be highly regarded.
