Working under the direct supervision of experienced conveyancers and lawyers, the junior Conveyancing Clerk will play a vital role in supporting the conveyancing team.

• Opening of files and new matters.

• Managing off the plan transactions from start to finish.

• Drafting correspondence and preparing documents.

• Lodging of documents and coordination of settlements.

• Liaising with clients, banks, agents and other stakeholders.

• Managing PEXA and Duties On line.
