Harwood Andrews State-of-the-Art Workplace Designed for Collaboration and Client Success

Harwood Andrews, today announced the commencement of a significant office renovation project at their Geelong CBD premises at 70 Gheringhap Street Geelong. The design of this space has been done to foster collaboration, innovation, and exceptional client service. The external building works commenced in September 2023 with Up Property, the new owners of the site. The extensive refurbishment saw the entire replacement of the streetscape, façade improvements, base building services upgrades, and the addition of collaborative shared spaces. The handover is now complete, and Harwood Andrews has commenced the fit out stage working with WMK Architecture and Project Manager Joe Daly of Daly Consult to ensure the project meets its current and future needs.  Harwood Andrews has now partnered with Lyons Construction, a renowned local commercial construction firm known for creating some of the most iconic buildings in the greater Geelong region.
