Celebrating a Remarkable Career: Justin Hartnett Wills & Estates Lawyer Retires

As the year comes to a close, we bid a heartfelt farewell to Justin Hartnett who is retiring after over 20 incredible years of dedication, leadership and impact as a valued Principal at Harwood Andrews.

Justin joined the firm when Harwood Andrews merged with Price Higgins in 2004, having been a partner at Price Higgins since January 1987.  Justin’s wise counsel and calm demeanour has been a constant at Harwood Andrews since then.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Justin has been a mentor, a collaborator, and a friend to many of us. He has volunteered with various professional bodies and contributed to the ongoing development of the profession in the Wills and Estates area of specialisation. Justin has been a recipient of many professional awards over his time as a practicing lawyer, well recognised for his expertise.

Justin has led the Wills & Estates practice at Harwood Andrews over the last 20 years and his unwavering commitment has left a legacy within our firm and across the legal profession more broadly. Justin hands over the reigns of the Wills & Estates practice to Daniela Pavlovic, his co-department head. Justin’s clients are in good hands and will be well looked after by the existing team during this transition period.
