Harriet Burton is a Senior Associate at Harwood Andrews practicing in Business Law. Harriet assists her clients in a range of transactional and advice matters and is committed to providing her clients with balanced commercial and technical advice.
In 2019, Harriet will participate in the Women’s Board Leadership Program. This, in conjunction with her work as a director of a community board gives her a unique understanding of the challenges and compliance requirements for managing companies and businesses.
In addition, Harriet has a passion for assisting charities and not for profit organisations with their legal and regulatory compliance requirements and accessing the possible taxation concessions and exemptions available to these organisations.
Harriet joined Harwood Andrews in 2019 and was admitted to practice in 2015.
