About the Role
As our Legal Documents & Templates Coordinator, you will play a key role in maintaining, improving and standardising the Firm's library of legal precedents, templates and forms.
Working closely with lawyers and the IT team, you'll help ensure our legal documents remain accurate, up to date, professionally formatted and easy to use. Your work will directly support lawyers and staff across the Firm while contributing to continuous improvements in how legal knowledge and documents are managed.
Key Responsibilities;
Maintain and organise the Firm's library of legal precedents, templates and forms.
Review, format, standardise and update legal documents in line with Firm standards.
Apply consistent document styles, numbering, headings, cross-references and formatting.
Ensure documents are accurate, accessible and easy to use.
Provide support and guidance to staff using precedent resources.
Contribute to training materials, user guides and communications.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, document quality and knowledge management practices.
We are looking for someone who has;
Advanced Microsoft Word skills, including styles, templates, numbering, formatting and document management.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A collaborative approach and willingness to learn.
Confidence working with technology and learning new systems.
