Our property team is seeking a Conveyancing Clerk who can run conveyancing files from start to finish with minimal supervision.

Your main duties will include: 

  • Managing your own conveyancing files from initial instructions through to settlement.

  • Managing off-the-plan transactions from start to finish.

  • Drafting correspondence and preparing documents.

  • Lodging of documents and coordination of settlements.

  • Liaising with clients, banks, agents and other stakeholders.

  • Managing PEXA and Duties Online.


The successful candidate will possess: 

  • Experience in Victoria with general conveyancing is essential.

  • Experience in the use of PEXA and Duties Online preferred.

  • An ability to juggle competing demands and meet deadlines.

  • An ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • A high level of attention to detail.

  • Exceptional client focus, ensuring all parties are provided with a professional service.
