Due to growth, our Property and Development team is seeking a Conveyancing Clerk who can run conveyancing files from start to finish with minimal supervision.
Junior Conveyancing Clerk
Working under the direct supervision of experienced conveyancers and lawyers, the junior Conveyancing Clerk will play a vital role in supporting the conveyancing team.
Opening of files and new matters.
Managing off the plan transactions from start to finish.
Drafting correspondence and preparing documents.
Lodging of documents and coordination of settlements.
Liaising with clients, banks, agents and other stakeholders.
Managing PEXA and Duties On line.
