CLASS INCOME UNIT TRUST
Class income unit trusts are often used to own and operate a business on behalf of multiple families/parties, where non-assessable income will be derived. They also provide a key employee (or their associate) with the opportunity to receive income from the trust without providing any voting or capital rights via the issuing of income units.
Class Income Unit Trust deeds are charged at a cost of $1100 inclusive of GST.
If you would like Harwood Andrews to stamp your trust deed there is an additional $200 stamping fee payable to the state revenue office.
