As General Manager - People & Capability, Tenille works closely with the Firm’s leadership team to ensure the Firm maintains its’ great workplace culture and focus on providing exceptional client experience. 

Prior to joining the Firm, Tenille held a number of senior roles across various sectors, including professional services.  Tenille is a change agent whose major milestones have included achieving accreditation as an Employer of Choice for Gender Equality and Inclusive Employer status with the Diversity Council of Australia. 

Tenille holds a Masters in Workplace Relations and has studied across a variety of fields including coaching, psychometrics, business and mediation.
