Property Investment Trust
These trusts are often used to hold multiple families’/parties’ passive investments where interest expenses may be incurred on borrowings made to acquire units and where non-assessable income may be distributed.
Property Investment Trust deeds are charged at a cost of $1,650 inclusive of GST.
If you would like Harwood Andrews to stamp your trust deed there is an additional $200 stamping fee payable to the state revenue office.

Establishing a trust is a designated service under Australia's Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) legislation. Before we can provide this service, Customer Due Diligence (CDD) requirements must be satisfied. If CDD has already been completed and Harwood Andrews is able to rely on that verification, no additional CDD will be required. Where Harwood Andrews is required to undertake CDD, a secure identity verification link will be sent to you (or your client, if you are ordering on their behalf) and a flat fee of $39 per entity will apply. Any applicable fee will be automatically added during your submission and included in the total payable before payment.
