Discretionary Trust
A discretionary trust’s main advantages are its capacity to protect assets and its ability to provide a flexible way to distribute profits and assets to generations to come.
Discretionary trusts also allow you to take advantage of concessional tax treatment.
Discretionary Trust deeds are charged at a cost of $550 inclusive of GST.
If you would like Harwood Andrews to stamp your trust deed there is an additional $200 stamping fee payable to the state revenue office. You may select this option within the submission form.

Letter regarding the establishment of the trust.
Establishing a trust is a designated service under Australia's Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) legislation. Before we can provide this service, Customer Due Diligence (CDD) requirements must be satisfied. If CDD has already been completed and Harwood Andrews is able to rely on that verification, no additional CDD will be required. Where Harwood Andrews is required to undertake CDD, a secure identity verification link will be sent to you (or your client, if you are ordering on their behalf). Where Harwood Andrews is required to undertake CDD, a flat fee of $39 per entity will apply. Any applicable fee will be automatically added during your submission and included in the total payable before payment.
