These promotions recognise outstanding contributions to the firm's success and their dedicated commitment to client service. Each individual brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the table, further solidifying the Dispute Resolution and Litigation team's position as a leader in its field.

Amy Jenkinson has consistently achieved exceptional results for clients in complex Litigation matters. Amy plays a key part in the development and mentoring of junior lawyers within the firm and continues to be an important member of the Harwood Andrews ecosystem.

Daniel Fullerton is a highly respected litigator with a career of success in commercial law and business disputes. Daniel has been with the firm for 10 years and a constant in the disputes team. Zac brings a depth of knowledge and experience to the team in a wide range of litigation areas particularly in domestic and commercial construction disputes, debt recovery and mortgage enforcement and personal and corporate insolvency matters.   Zac ensures clients receive the highest level of representation with his practical, no-nonsense approach. We also congratulate Joseph Flanagan, from the commercial team who has been promoted to Senior Associate. Joseph’s contribution to the firm has been a key to the growth we have seen in the commercial law team.

Lesa Hovendene has been promoted to Associate. Lesa has been with the firm for around 10 years, working in an assistant role initially and in more recent years she returned to practice at a graduate level. Lesa has progressed solidly throughout her time with the firm and has had outstanding achievements with the Dispute Resolution and Litigation practice.

And finally we announce that Ainsley Sellman, who joined the conveyancing team in late 2023, will be practicing as a Lawyer from 1 July.  Ainsley joined us as an admitted lawyer but with a conveyancing clerk role.  Her short time with the firm has seen important progress and we look forward to her joining the lawyer ranks.

“We are thrilled to recognize the outstanding contributions of these talented lawyers,” said Andrew Barnes, CEO of Harwood Andrews. “These promotions at a range of levels across the firm are all part of our investment in the career progression of the talent within the firm's ranks.
