Harwood Andrews Advises Key Player in Queensland's Affordable Housing Project

Harwood Andrews is proud to have advised on one of Queensland’s most substantial affordable housing projects, which will change the lives of hundreds of future residents.

The project will deliver 483 affordable homes with support from the Queensland Government’s Housing Investment Fund. It will be delivered by the Everyone Place consortium led by Tetris Capital and in partnership with EveryOne Homes (a division of Metricon), KDL Property Group, ANZ, and National Affordable Housing.

Principal Lawyer Briget O’Callaghan, Associate Evelyn Zeglinas, and Lawyer Ainsley Sellman, worked tirelessly with National Affordable Housing over the last six months to set up a key component of this project in partnership with Tetris Capital.

We are grateful to work for the team at National Affordable Housing, who, through their innovation and commitment to delivering outcomes for future residents, play a crucial role in the social and affordable housing landscape nationwide.

We wish to congratulate all consortium members, particularly Tetris Capital, on their support of changing the lives of hundreds of Australians.

This project is one of many affordable and social housing projects that Harwood Andrews has advised on and will continue to support.
