Harwood Andrews is pleased to have advised the owners of  Hillview Sands on the off-market sale of the business and freehold to Boral Ltd (ASX:BLD) for $30m.  Hillview Sands is an operating sand quarry, and the sale included the freehold, including unutilised sand and granite resources, equipment and associated work authorities.
