The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and capable Associate or Senior Associate to join our Property team in Geelong. You will work closely with an experienced Principal and a high-performing, supportive team.
This is an excellent opportunity to further develop your expertise within a well-established and busy practice, with access to strong mentoring and genuine career progression.
About the Role
You will work across the full lifecycle of property matters, including:
Property acquisitions and disposals
Residential, retail, industrial and mixed-use developments
Option agreements
Owners corporation advice and agreements
Tenders and expressions of interest
Leasing transactions
Advising on GST, stamp duty and other property-related considerations
This role offers genuine client contact, high-quality work and the opportunity to take ownership of matters while continuing to develop your technical capability in a collaborative and supportive environment.
About You
You are a driven and personable Associate or Senior Associate with 3+ years PQE, a solid foundation in property law and a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients. You bring a proactive approach, sound commercial awareness, and a genuine desire to learn and grow.
You will hold a current practicing certificate and demonstrate:
Strong advocacy and drafting skills
Commercial awareness and sound business acumen
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Well-developed analytical and organisational abilities
A positive, professional, and collaborative approach
A commitment to building strong client relationships
