Tayla Berger is a Senior Associate in the Harwood Andrews Commercial Law team.

Tayla assists clients with business and personal succession planning, trust law, superannuation, business structuring, asset protection and commercial contracts. She takes a practical and caring approach, working closely with clients to understand their goals and provide clear, tailored advice that achieves the best outcomes.

Tayla values building strong relationships and takes pride in supporting clients with thoughtful, solution-focused guidance delivered in a professional and approachable manner. Her earlier experience in wills and estates and property law complements her commercial practice, allowing her to provide well-rounded advice that considers both personal and business objectives.

Tayla completed her Bachelor of Laws (Honours) at Deakin University and was admitted to practice in 2017.
