Sharon supports clients through every step with compassion and care to ensure clients are supported during the process.
Sharon's key areas of practice include:
Preparing Supreme Court documents to obtain a Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration.
Administration of estates including closing bank accounts, redeeming investments, selling and transferring shares.
Property transfers including transferring property into the surviving spouse’s sole name, to executors in preparation for sale and to beneficiaries of an estate.
Distributing the estate to beneficiaries.
Liaising with financial institutions, clients, lawyers and other stakeholders.
