Harwood Andrews Appoints Zac Griffiths as Principal
Harwood Andrews is pleased to announce the appointment of Zac Griffiths as a Principal of the firm, effective 1 July 2026.
Since joining Harwood Andrews in 2017, Zac has established himself as a trusted adviser to clients across Victoria and is an integral member of our Dispute Resolution & Litigation team. His appointment recognises his outstanding contribution to the firm, commitment to client service, and leadership within the practice.

Zac acts for clients across a broad range of complex litigation matters and is known for delivering practical, strategic advice that focuses on achieving the best commercial outcomes for his clients.
Over the course of his career at Harwood Andrews, Zac has progressed through the firm's ranks while helping to strengthen and grow his practice, often working with Principals across other practice groups. His collaborative approach, technical expertise, and commitment to mentoring emerging lawyers have made him a highly respected member of both the firm and the wider legal profession.
