Fair Work Commission to hand down decision on penalty rates tomorrow

Retail and hospitality employers are awaiting the Fair Work Commission’s decision on penalty rates.

The Full Bench of the Fair Work Commission is due to hand down its decision at 11am tomorrow, Thursday 23 February 2017. The decision will be streamed live from the Fair Work Commission’s homepage.

Malcolm Turnbull has indicated the Coalition Government would accept the decision of Fair Work Commission, whatever that may be, while Bill Shorten has said the Australian Labor Party would not accept a cut to weekend rates.
