LISA HUNT

Lisa Hunt is a Principal and heads the Harwood Andrews family law practice area and a leading Victorian family lawyer, she was recently recognised as a Preeminent Victorian Family Lawyer by Doyles Guide in 2022 and 2021.

In 2001 several years after commencing her legal career with Harwood Andrews, Lisa was appointed to the prestigious and responsible position of a Registrar of the Family Court of Australia. Lisa held that office until she decided to return to Harwood Andrews in early 2008 to take up her current position.

Lisa has significant experience across the full range of family law issues. Her former position as a Family Court Registrar has enhanced her expertise and provided Lisa with a unique insight into the Court’s practices and procedures.

Lisa understands the difficulties faced by our clients when dealing with the consequences of a separation while her extensive family law expertise is complemented by a compassionate, client focused and results driven approach.

Lisa’s recreational passion is travel. She particularly enjoys trekking in mountainous areas and has hiked extensively in Nepal. Her sporting interests include snow skiing, scuba diving, walking and swimming.
