Kim is a Principal Lawyer at Harwood Andrews in the Planning, Environment and Local Government team. 

She was admitted to legal practice in 2004 and holds a Bachelor of Arts/Law(Hons) and a Masters of Environment from the University of Melbourne.

Kim has significant experience in acting for local government and has also acted for state government departments, statutory authorities and property developers.  

Kim advises clients in relation to all aspects of planning and environment law and regularly appears in the Planning and Environment List at the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal and Planning Panels and Advisory Committees. 

She has a particular expertise in relation to residential development, development contributions and planning for transport infrastructure.
