John Hannagan is a Special Counsel working in the areas of Planning, Environment and Local Government.
John joined Harwood Andrews with experience in the forestry industry and in planning and environmental law. John has also lectured in law.
John advises state government departments, developers, local government, statutory authorities and third party participants on a variety of projects, including rural industries, commercial and residential developments, subdivisions, and major infrastructure development.
John regularly appears in the Planning and Environment List at the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal and has also appeared in Planning Panels Victoria, Advisory Committees, the Building Appeals Board and Magistrates Court.
