Jemimah is a Lawyer in the Harwood Andrews’ Commercial Law team.
Jemimah completed her studies at Deakin University Geelong where she obtained a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in International Relations and Public Relations and was admitted to practice in 2025. Throughout her studies, Jemimah gained legal experience and knowledge working as an intern and paralegal at a Geelong Commercial Law firm.
Jemimah has a strong interest in commercial transactions, preparation and negotiation of commercial contracts and property-related matters. Jemimah also has a keen interest in charity and not-for-profit Law and regularly advises not-for-profits in relation to charity applications with the Australian Charities and Not for Profit Commission (ACNC).
Jemimah continues to build her experience in Commercial and Property Law and strives to help clients navigate various legal matters with a focus on practical and thoughtful solutions.

Having grown up in Nanjing, China, Jemimah developed a strong intercultural and interpersonal skillset, which she applies to her legal practice.
