Amara is a Lawyer within the Planning, Environment and Local Government team at Harwood Andrews.
Amara is committed to providing accurate, effective and tailored legal advice across a broad range of statutory planning, strategic planning and environmental law areas.
Amara strives to deliver client-focused outcomes, based on a thorough understanding of individual client needs and objectives. Her previous experience in litigation and dispute resolution has equipped her with sophisticated legal advocacy, negotiation and mediation skills.
More broadly, Amara has a strong interest in the built form and environment. Amara has acquired an agile and adaptable legal skillset, complemented by legal and academic experience in a range of global settings, including the Commonwealth New Columbo Plan Scholarship Program in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Amara was admitted to practice in 2019. Amara completed her studies at Monash University with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Arts majoring in International Studies and Indonesian Language.
