Thomas Patereskos is a Lawyer in the Planning, Environment and Local Government team at Harwood Andrews.
Thomas has experience in advising clients on statutory and strategic planning processes, and advising on and appearing in matters at the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT).
Prior to joining Harwood Andrews, Thomas worked as a Senior Lawyer at Court Services Victoria, as a manager of member support in the Planning and Environment List at VCAT and as a lawyer at a national firm. Thomas has also previously worked as the Senior Associate to the Honourable Justice Garde, President of VCAT.
Thomas was admitted to legal practice in 2014 and accredited as a mediator in 2013. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Commerce (Management) from Monash University and is currently completing a Master of Laws at the University of Melbourne.
