Rohan Kelly is a Lawyer in the Harwood Andrews family law practice area.
Rohan completed his studies at Deakin University and graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Criminology (Distinction). Rohan has practised solely in Family Law since his graduation from University.
Since Rohan was admitted to practice in November 2017, he has assisted clients in family law matters involving divorce, parenting arrangements and property division. Rohan has represented clients from a variety of family backgrounds in complex parenting matters. Rohan has a growing practice in property settlement financial matters.
Rohan understands the difficulties clients face during a family breakdown. Rohan takes a cost-effective approach with his clients and endeavours to negotiate arrangements without the need for litigation. Rohan is a confident advocate for the interests of his clients where litigation is necessary.
Outside of work, Rohan enjoys swimming, hiking and travelling.
