We make them short on theory with practical tools to take away and implement in your business. Held in Harwood Andrews boardroom, numbers will be capped at 10 per workshop so you can get the most out of it.

Negotiation is an integral part of creating value for you and your business. Whether we recognise it or not we negotiate every day with our colleagues, family, clients and other organisations. This session is not about which legal or commercial position to take. It takes a step back to analyse the behaviours that make is easier or harder to negotiate with someone. Make your next negotiation, if not easy, at least more understandable.
