Alex is a commercial lawyer in the Business Law team at Harwood Andrews.

Alex completed his studies at Deakin University with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Management and International Management and completed a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the College of Law.

Alex provides practical and cost-effective legal advice across a range of commercial matters such as business structuring and asset protection, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, trust matters, and contract preparation and review.

Alex also keenly focuses on providing advice to fintech companies and is helping spearhead the firm’s blockchain and cryptocurrency, privacy and data, and AFSL and ACL practice areas.

Alex undertakes pro bono work on behalf of Harwood Andrews to support the firm’s values of connecting with the community, which includes work in respect of ACNC registration and obtaining and maintaining DGR status.
