Harwood Andrews Geelong Office Refurbishment & Temporary Relocation

Harwood Andrews is delighted to announce that its Geelong office is set to commence a state-of-the-art refurbishment in conjunction with Up Property in the coming weeks. This year, Harwood Andrews celebrates its 30th year at our 70 Gheringhap Street location. 

The refurbishment by Up Property will entail an entire replacement of the streetscape, facade, base building works and collaborative shared spaces. We look forward to developing our own modern fit out and sharing it with our clients and local business partners in mid-2024. Up property has an excellent reputation in the Geelong region, and we are looking forward to working with them on this development. Commencing Monday 11 September 2023 Harwood Andrews will temporarily relocate to 79 Gheringhap Street (conveniently just up the hill and across the road from our current location.) This office move will allow us to continue to receive clients and provide the same high level of service our clients and community are accustomed to.  

If you have upcoming meetings with our teams, you will receive communication if there is a change in location.
