Family Law guidance – anywhere, anytime

Harwood Andrews has commenced a partnership with Settify which allows you to begin your family law pathway. Via Settify, you can get access to general family law guidance from anywhere and at any time.

Settify is an award-winning tool created by lawyers and technology experts aiming to make family law advice faster, easier and more accessible to you. We know life is busy. By completing the Harwood Andrews Settify process, you can get the basic family law information that you need from the comfort of your couch or in your lunchbreak.

To utilise Settify, you will complete a short questionnaire online to obtain your family law pathway. You will receive a summary of your current position and general family law advice about how the family law system works and your next steps.

As part of the Settify process, you can ask us to contact you to make an appointment to speak to one of our family lawyers should you wish to do so. We will complete a check for any conflict of interest and arrange a convenient time for an initial appointment with a family lawyer. We conduct our appointments either in person, or via phone or video call. We can help you decide which appointment style best suits your circumstances.

If we proceed to an initial appointment with you, Settify provides us with an overview of your circumstances prior to that meeting so that you can make the most of your time with our family lawyers. There is also the option for you to provide us with additional information via Settify so that we can spend our time together addressing your specific personal circumstances rather than simply information gathering. This is a cost-effective way for you to get the information you need, when you need it.

We look forwarding to helping you on your family law pathway.
