Each year the Fair Work Commission reviews minimum award pay rates for each classification in an award.  The new rates apply from 1 July 2016.

If you are an employer who pays strictly in accordance with the rates set out in the award you ought to access the Fair Work Commission’s website here, find the award that applies to your workplace and ensure that the pay rates which apply to your employees are increased in accordance with the increases set by the Fair Work Commission.
