Harwood Andrews is pleased to have advised FinCap Australia on the acquisition of Health and Harmony Colleges, a home-study education business that offers one of Australia’s largest ranges of natural therapies, counselling and coaching, nutritional sciences, stress management, massage and much more. This is the third acquisition by FinCap Online Education Fund 1.

Harwood Andrews is pleased to have advised the founders of iRival and Hypometer on their merger to form Cipher Sports, and subsequent capital raising via the issue of convertible notes.  The $5m Series A round, mainly to wholesale investors will be used for US expansion, a market where it already has a presence. Cipher Sports owns and operates consumer-facing websites such as dimers.com in the United States featuring the company’s proprietary technology that helps predict outcomes in games.
